Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch your order on the same or next working day once we receive payment however sometimes when stock is low some of our products will be dispatched directly from our suppliers which may result in delayed shipping. Shipping is usually 2-7 working days in the north island and 3-14 days to the south island (longer in remote or rural areas). We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number for your item once your order has been dispatched.
