RMR's warranty is only valid to the original purchaser and does not cover second hand ownership. Please retain your sales receipt of purchase as this will be required to submit a claim
EXCLUSIONS
Warranty of RMR Gear is limited to manufacturing and material defects. This does NOT include damage caused by misuse or abuse, wear and tear, condensation, weather like wind or rain, accidents, incorrect set up, damage caused by mould, insects or animals. This also excludes damage to zippers that are caused by becoming jammed, snagged or use with excessive force. Stitching on products caused by general wear and tear or use with excessive force.
To make a claim in relation to a manufacturers warranty please ensure you retain your sales receipt of purchase. Please email us at info@4wdwarehouse.co.nz using your order or invoice number in the subject. Please provide a description of the fault and include a minimum of two photos showing the damage with one showing the item as whole.
